Speed, Agility & Quickness (SAQ) Training package is designed to increase the rate at which a person can react to a stimulus by quickly and safely moving in multiple planes of motion. This package is a fun way to increase speed, agility and quickness and is designed for anyone including athletes and youth. Benefits of training for SAQ include an increase in the rate your nervous system processes information, improvement in dynamically stabilizing your body and reduces the likelihood of injuries. Each session is 60 minutes and will focus on these areas of SAQ training:
