Thera-band side torso stretch lengthens the obliques and improves range of motion in your spine and shoulders.

  • -Stand with feet spread apart.
  • -Pull the thera-band taught and raise it overhead.
  • -Ground the feet and side bend at the waist .
  • -Reach as far as you can go then return to the other side.
  • -Keep your arms straight and your head center, throughout.
  • -Focus on keeping the hips pinned down.
  • -Move with your breath.
  • -Repeat for your desired amount of reps.
