THERABAND SIDE TORSO STRETCH
Thera-band side torso stretch lengthens the obliques and improves range of motion in your spine and shoulders.
- -Stand with feet spread apart.
- -Pull the thera-band taught and raise it overhead.
- -Ground the feet and side bend at the waist .
- -Reach as far as you can go then return to the other side.
- -Keep your arms straight and your head center, throughout.
- -Focus on keeping the hips pinned down.
- -Move with your breath.
- -Repeat for your desired amount of reps.
