  • -Get into a straight arm plank position with your hands on the side of a swiss ball.
  • -Bend your arms and slowly lower your chest to the ball.
  • -Then, straighten your arms and return to start position.
  • -Keep your abs and glutes engaged and lower back flat throughout.
  • -Breathe calmly and keep your chin level.
