Roll Back To Deep Squat is a bodyweight exercise used to improve hip mobility, while strengthening the legs and core.

  • -Begin in a deep squat then round your body and roll onto your back with your feet in the air.
  • -Using momentum, roll forward and land on your feet, returning to start position.
  • -Pause in the deep squat and repeat for your desired amount of reps.
  • -Breathe smoothly throughout.
