KNEELING ASSISTED HIP FLEXOR STRETCH
Kneeling assisted hip flexor stretch is an effective stretch to open up the hip flexors.
- -Begin in a keeling position, with your back to a step ladder or bench
- -Place one foot on the step ladder.
- -Drive your hip forward and open and lift your chest, placing your hands on your thigh for support.
- -Stay for a few breaths.
- -Then, deepen the stretch by raising your arms and leaning the torso side to side.
- -Switch sides after at least 5 breaths
