BOSU AROUND THE WORLD
BOSU around the world is an athletic exercise used to warm up the body and get your heart rate up.
- -Stand tall with one foot on the BOSU in front of you.
- -Move laterally and alternate tapping your feet around the bosu.
- -Stay on your toes and establish a consistent pace.
- -Change directions when you get all the way around the bosu. (360)
- -Breathe smoothly and repeat, for your own desired amount of time or reps.
