BOSU around the world is an athletic exercise used to warm up the body and get your heart rate up.

  • -Stand tall with one foot on the BOSU in front of you.
  • -Move laterally and alternate tapping your feet around the bosu.
  • -Stay on your toes and establish a consistent pace.
  • -Change directions when you get all the way around the bosu. (360)
  • -Breathe smoothly and repeat, for your own desired amount of time or reps.
